About the project:
FRAM is a program offering SMEs an opportunity to upgrade their business and management skills. The FRAM program focuses on improving companies’ competitiveness, profitability, and abilities to innovate, through help with strategy and leadership development, and how to establish in new markets. The program attempts to add an understanding of demand driven versus idea driven innovation processes.

– Project management, and planning of the FRAM Energy Horizon project
– Conduct situation analyses
– Business advisory

Impact: The FRAM program assists SMBs to put stronger and more accurate efforts in finding new platforms for growth through innovation.
