Pilot project to create a basis for establishing an industrial cluster/enterprise network at Eggemoen Aviation & Technology Park, Norway. The pilot project aims to raise the needs of businesses associated with the technology park and plan concrete actions for a larger project.

Deliverable:
– Project management: lead the pilot project and provide management services on cluster cooperation.

Impact:
The pilot project is of great importance for the further development of the cluster and will facilitate further development and growth in the industrial park.
