Based on Triple Helix model, BOOST successfully transferred Norwegian know-how in setting-up an innovation Eco system at some territory, by adequate involvement of regional or state level of governments, academia and industry. We have developed an online platform for networking and interaction for companies interested in internationalization. We help identify the best match, meet partner and negotiate.
