Attracting global talents

About the project:
BOOST was part of the research team to write the report “Start in Norway” for the Norwegian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries, to assess the need for startup visas for international entrepreneurs and investors coming to Norway, as well as analyzing areas of improvement to attract global talents. This was done within a framework that looks at the importance of global talents and challenges experienced by the capital market.

Deliverables:
– Conduct the initial research and data gathering, such as interviews, desk research and meet with relevant stakeholders and reference group of involved public authorities
– Draft the structure of the report and providing considerable input to final analysis

Impact:
Findings and conclusions from the report were used as a basis for political decision on strategy to attract global talents to Norway.
